WebAug 5, 2010 · There Are three ways to distinguish a broad headed from a five lined: It has 30 to 32 midbody scales instead of 26 to 30 for five lined 5 labials on broad. 4 on five lined. Size is much bigger. None of these pictures show the laterals or the front so the first 2 ways are pretty much out.
