Probate of the Deceased’s will was on 16 December 2016 and the application was made on 8 November 2024, making it 17 months out of time. On death, the Deceased’s estate was worth a little under £16m. WebThis is an appeal in relation to an application by the defendant and appellant, Suriya Begum, for permission to bring a claim out of time under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 ("the Act") in relation to the estate of Mohammed Yousaf Khan ("Mr Khan").
