SpletMake sure you add the EnableCheats = True under the [Core] section in the Dolphin.ini file, not just anywhere. I also recommend adding both of those lines to the top of the game INI files that you put cheats in too, because any time you mess with the main Dolphin settings it will delete that line back out of the Dolphin.ini file.
